Paypal doesnot allow payments with in india and doesnot allow indian users to have balance in their account
That means indian users cannot use paypal amount to buy any online services or goods and paypal balance alll must be transferred to the bank.And per transaction it must not exceed 500$.
This is a worst scenario and need to be changed to save indian internet marketers.
The current rule is good why these people keep on changing these rules.
Each and every time paypal is against indians.
Only time will tell what going to happen.
